Posadas de España has applied to the City Council of Málaga for a licence to build an Aparthotel on a site adjacent to the existing hotel of Posadas de España in “Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía (PTA)”
This new building will satisfy the growing demand for long term lodging, due to the enormous growth of the Technological Park.
There will be different types of apartments, from split level Duplexes with small garden to the compact Studios of approx. 40 sq.m.
In the city of Archena (Murcia), Posadas de España has purchased the land in the industrial park “La Capellanía” (located at the entrance of the city) to develop a complex consisting of 98 room Posadas de España hotel and a leisure and commercial center called “Archena Plaza” with cinemas, express supermarket, bars and restaurants, shops and boutiques as well of professional studios and offices.
