Hotel Posadas de España Alcalá de Guadaira (Sevilla)
Posadas de España, S.A. and Grupo Marañón XXI have signed an agreement for the construction and management of a new hotel in the industrial estate La Red, located in Alcalá de Guadaira (Seville), next to the motorway between Málaga and Seville, only 9 kilometres from the centre of the city. The hotel will form part of a new business center that will provide service to the industrial area and it will be managed by Posadas de España on a rental bases. It will have 3 stars and 98 rooms distributed on four floors and will be operative at the beginning of 2010.
Hotel-Apartments in "Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía", Málaga
Posadas de España has applied to the City Council of Málaga for a licence to build an Aparthotel on a site adjacent to the existing hotel of Posadas de España in “Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía (PTA)”
This new building will satisfy the growing demand for long term lodging, due to the enormous growth of the Technological Park.
There will be different types of apartments, from split level Duplexes with small garden to the compact Studios of approx. 40 sq.m.
The construction will start at the end of 2007 and will be finished sixteen months later.
Hotel, Commercial and Leisure Center, Archena
In the city of Archena (Murcia), Posadas de España has purchased the land in the industrial park “La Capellanía” (located at the entrance of the city) to develop a complex consisting of 98 room Posadas de España hotel and a leisure and commercial center called “Archena Plaza” with cinemas, express supermarket, bars and restaurants, shops and boutiques as well of professional studios and offices.
